Republica Havas is a leading strategic, creative, communications, and media  agency, providing integrated services to top-level clients in the U.S. and  around the world.     In 2006, native Miamians, Jorge A. Plasencia and Luis Casamayor, launched  the agency to address the seismic multicultural and digital shift that was  taking place in the U.S. They set out to build a new kind of agency that would  speak to the ever-evolving consumer in the U.S.     Fast forward to July 2018, Republica was recognized as Ad Age's No. 1  independent U.S. multicultural agency. This recognition was followed by the  announcement that the agency had joined forces with Paris-based Havas  Group as its lead U.S. multicultural agency partner.
